This policy describes how Abiogenix ("we", "us") collects and uses information when you use VentureForge and related private-beta products hosted on *.abiogenix.com(the "Services").

1. Who we are

2. Data we collect

Account data — email, name, password hash, workspace membership, and sign-in metadata (IP, user agent, last login).
Beta waitlist — email, optional name/company/note, and apps of interest when you request access.
Product content — ideas, ventures, documents, and other materials you enter while using the Services.
Usage & telemetry — approximate LLM usage/cost attribution, health checks, and optional feedback widget submissions.
Cookies — session cookie (vf_session) on .abiogenix.com for single sign-on across invited apps; optional beta-gate cookie.

3. How we use data

Provide, secure, and improve the Services
Authenticate you and enforce invite-only access
Send transactional email (invites, password reset, verification)
Notify admins of waitlist requests
Comply with law and prevent abuse

We do not sell personal data. We do not use waitlist or account data for third-party advertising.

4. LLM / AI processing

Features may send prompts and context to third-party model providers (for example via our Switchboard gateway) to generate drafts. Do not submit secrets, regulated health data, or data you are not authorized to process. Model providers process data under their own terms; we configure providers and keys as part of operating the beta.

5. Sharing

We share data with infrastructure and email providers needed to run the Services (hosting, SMTP), and with LLM providers when you use AI features. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the Services and users.

6. Retention

Account and venture data are retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups and dispute handling. Waitlist entries are kept until reviewed and for a limited archive period. You may request deletion by emailing info@abiogenix.com.

7. Hosting & workspace

VentureForge is hosted as a managed cloud service for beta users. Your ventures run in your private account workspace — visible only to you and people you invite. No self-hosting setup is required for the beta.

8. Security

We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, HttpOnly session cookies, invite-only access, and network controls appropriate for a private beta. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us at the email above. If you are in the EEA/UK, you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

10. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal data.

11. Changes

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date will change. Material changes may be announced by email or in-product notice for active accounts.
